Stress is only gold if you're inclined to waste it that way. That's a ton of gold the bird made you lose. Also Vestal is a liability: if she gets pecked she won't out-heal it, neither for anyone, which means healing is a no-go for no death guarantee. Remember is a race against the clock to kill the bird: you don't have the time to having a healer constantly toppin-off your characters. You don't want to gamble some of your heroes going to the graveyard: party needs to be able to survive 4 rounds under any circumstance and just that only survive. Yet it's a race against the clock: you don't have the luxury to waste your party time patching them but consumables don't use actions, right? Bleeds and gives strong -ACC debuffs to hit heroes. If you cripple your heroes SPD to ensure they act after the Shrieker to use the mark you ensentially lose your round 4 attacks and it's effectively a 3 round race.
